RatedAthletics.com wants you to be happy with your purchase. We stand firmly behind every product we sell; however, we understand that sometimes the return of a product becomes necessary. Your purchase from RatedAthletics.com can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
The item(s) must be returned in new, unworn, unused, unsoiled and undamaged condition
All original tags, labels and packaging must be included with the item
The original receipt or copy thereof must be included
The item may not have been modified in any way from its original form
Batting Gloves and Equipment Bags must be unused and still in original packaging.
Hats must be clean and in new condition (not worn or scuffed).
Footwear must not be worn or display any marks.
Custom and/or Special Order merchandise CANNOT be returned.
Returns and Exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RMA), which can be easily obtained by calling RatedAthletics.com at (909) 590-7332. Shipping charges for returned merchandise will be at the Customer’s expense. Any shipping expenses incurred by RatedAthletics.com for the returned merchandise will be deducted from the Customer’s refund.
We recommend you carefully pack the item(s) to ensure their safe return and avoid any loss. The RMA and order number must be clearly written on the outside of your package.
If the cost of the returned merchandize totals more than $50.00 USD, we suggest you properly insure the return shipment. We cannot process any return in which the item was damaged, lost or stolen during the return.
RatedAthletics.com will only pay for returned shipping if due to an error on our part, i.e., the wrong item shipped or size/weight/color. Please contact us at (909) 590-7332 if you have any questions about the return of your product.
BATS:
Any bat not in the original wrapper must be returned directly to the manufacturer. For directions on returning opened bats, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Warranty replacement bats must be made directly through the Bat Manufacture. Warranty replacement bats returned to RatedAthletics.com will be refused and returned to the Customer via freight collect.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to obtain warranty information directly from the Bat Manufacturer.

REFUNDS:
If you are returning an item for a refund, and the item meets our return criteria outlined above, we will only issue the refund to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. All PAYPAL refunds are issued back to the original purchaser only. Alternatively, you may select a store credit or gift certificate.
NOTE: SHIPPING CHARGES are NOT refundable, unless RatedAthletics.com made an error in the original shipment of the item.
EXCHANGES:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item/size/color/weight, and the order meets the return criteria outlined above, the Customer must pay all shipping charges related to the return/exchange including both to RatedAthletics.com and back to the Customer.
RatedAthletics.com requires the original receipt or copy thereof, along with a legible note detailing exactly which item; you would like to exchange it for, with the exact size/color/weight or other option. You should also include a telephone number where we can contact you should we have any questions about your return.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
The price paid at the time of your purchase is the final price. Price adjustments will not be given once the purchase has been completed.
RESTOCKING FEES:
RatedAthletics.com will not charge Restocking Fees on merchandise exchanges; however, returns for credit will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Refused packages not within the RatedAthletics.com return policy will be charged return freight collect.
RatedAthletics.com will not issue refunds or accept returns for items due to changes in any governing body rules for any sport.
RULE CHANGES:
No refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued for bats that are banned, forbidden, outlawed or deemed illegal for play due to rule changes made by your sport’s governing body. If you are unsure if a bat is legal for play, contact your league to first before purchasing your bat.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
There is no warranty on wood bats unless posted. All other bats have a 1 year limited Warranty against defects unless stated otherwise. Your receipt WILL BE REQUIRED by the manufacturer for all warranty issues.

If the seal should come off or a magnet fall out, simply call our toll free number for assistance. Check your clasp periodically to ensure tightness. If loose, you can either take it to a local jeweler or watch repair for tightening or contact our office.
